On May 16, the Downtown San Diego Rotary club joined 36K+ Rotarians globally to give back for the Epic Day of Service. Our Downtown Rotary crew crushed two volunteer shifts at the Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank, assembling 1,500 emergency food boxes for local seniors!
We got a behind-the-scenes tour to see how the food bank moves a staggering 26 million pounds of food a year.
